Bengaluru News : A case of sexual harassment of a minor has been registered against Senior BJP Leader and Former Karnataka Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa. An FIR has been lodged against the former CM in Bengaluru on the complaint of the mother of a 17-year-old minor.
According to the sources, an FIR has been registered against former CM BS Yediyurappa on the complaint of the girl’s mother. It is alleged that the alleged sexual assault of a 17-year-old minor took place on February 2.

Sadashivnagar Police of Bengaluru has registered this case on the complaint of the minor’s mother. A case has been registered against the former CM under POCSO and Section 354 (A) of the Indian Penal Code.
The woman has alleged in her complaint that she had gone to BS Yediyurappa along with her daughter on February 2 to seek assistance in a fraud case. The alleged sexual assault took place on the same day.

Yediyurappa’s Office Issued A Statement And Made Allegations Against The Woman
After the complaint was lodged by the minor’s mother, a statement was issued from the Office of former CM BS Yediyurappa rejecting these allegations. Yediyurappa’s office has also issued a statement and presented a list of 53 cases. The statement said that in these 53 cases, the complainant woman has filed the case for different reasons.
The statement from Yediyurappa’s Office said that this woman has a habit of filing such complaints. Let us tell you that apart from being a strong leader of BJP, Yediyurappa has also been the Chief Minister of Karnataka thrice.
