Ranchi News : Preparations are going on in full swing to tickle the people of Ranchi through the Humorous Kavi Sammelan before Holi. Many important decisions were taken during the meeting organised for the preparation of this humorous satire Kavi Sammelan to be held on March 23 at Marwadi Bhawan, Harmu Road, Ranchi.

The meeting was presided over by Ashok Narsariya, President of the Kavi Sammelan Organising Committee. He said that many decisions were taken during an important meeting at Maharaja Agrasen Bhawan regarding organising this humorous satire Kavi Sammelan. During the meeting, the work being done by all the departments was also reviewed.

Gathering Of Renowned Humorous And Comic Poets From Across The Country

Ashok Narsariya said that many well-known comic poets of the Country will participate in this humorous satire Kavi Sammelan. These include the names of many well-known poets including the famous humorous and comic poet Surendra Sharma from Delhi, Anil Aggarvanshi, Sakshi Tiwari from Lucknow, Rajesh Aggarwal, Deepak Saini, Gyani Bairagi.

He told that these poets, who have become well known among the people through their poems full of humor and satire, will tickle the people of Ranchi in Holiana style. Preparations are going on in full swing for the success of this Sammelan. These poets have also given their consent.

Entry Will Be Free, Seating Arrangement For 3000 People

President of the Organising Committee, Ashok Narsariya said that entry in this humorous Kavi Sammelan will be free for the people. There will be seating arrangement for 3000 people. Special arrangements are being made for women to sit.

He said that LED arrangements have also been made in the ground for the spectators. Besides, arrangements for food counter, tea and drinking water have also been made at the venue. He said that to make this Sammelan a success, 12 special associate members have been given the responsibility of various departments.

Committee Formed To Make Kavi Sammelan A Success

Kavi Sammelan Organising Committee spokesperson Sanjay Saraf told that meeting was organised under the presidency of Ashok Narsaria, committee secretary Anil Kumar Aggarwal conducted the meeting, while Pawan Sharma proposed the vote of thanks. The next meeting of the committee has been scheduled for March 15.

He said that to make the Humorous Satire Kavi Sammelan a success, Suresh Chandra Aggarwal has been nominated as the Coordinator of the program. Also, Manoj Chaudhary, Sanjay Saraf, Manish Lodha, Saurabh Bajaj, Vikas Agarwal, Sunny Timbdewal, Ankit Bajaj, Amit Chaudhary, Raunak Jhunjhunwala and Nirbhay Shankar Harit have been included as associate members.

Responsibilities Of Various Departments Distributed Among The Members

Sanjay Saraf said that to make Sammelan a success, responsibilities of various departments have also been assigned to the members present during the meeting. He said that Anil Kumar Aggarwal was given the responsibility of stage arrangement department, Kishore Mantri and Kamal Kumar Jain were given the responsibility of welcome committee and Sanjay Saraf was given the responsibility of spokesperson cum media in-charge.

Besides, Manish Lodha and Amit Chaudhary were given the responsibility of office department, Suresh Chandra Aggarwal was given the responsibility of stage operation department, Lalit Kumar Poddar was given the responsibility of finance management department and Pawan Sharma was given the responsibility of administrative work department.
